The Apartments
“il portale” consists of two apartments for rent in Cortona, within the heart of the historic center, which can be rented individually or together for larger groups to accommodate up to 11 persons. These two luxury lofts for vacation rental in Tuscany are characterized by huge comfortable and bright spaces, all finely furnished in modern style and equipped with all modern conveniences: free wi-fi ADSL internet connection, air conditioning, independent heating, coffee maker and smart TV. It is also possible to add an extra bed for children upon request.

The main apartment is spread over three floors linked by a modern crystal and steel staircase. On the first floor, the open space living area consists of a big full kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher and a bright large dining/living room with old stone fireplace and stereo system. On the second floor, the sleeping area consists of a huge double bedroom with a view onto the buildings of Cortona, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and another double bedroom, which is connected to a double volume where another bedroom with French-size bed is located.
On the third floor, which is a mansard floor, there is a lovely reading room with a double sofa bed and a view onto the town and the valley, and a nice bathroom with shower. Thanks to careful renovation works, by using light-color wooden floors and a well studied use of glass walls, vacation lofts “il portale” offer a refined and young-style apartment with lounge spaces for an endless relaxation.
