Minimum stay: 3 nights.

* Extra cost final cleaning:

• Loft 1 € 100,00
• Loft 2 € 50,00

* High season and middle season prices are per week.
* All holiday periods are considered as high season periods.

The price includes:

• electricity, water and gas
• heating
• air conditioning
• wi-fi ADSL internet connection

The price not includes:

• tourist tax (from 12 years old upwards, 2,00 € a day for the first 4 days)

Terms of payment

Reservations

• You will be asked to pay 30% of the total price by Paypal or bank transfer to confirm the booking. Use the following data for bank transfers:

• The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
• The booking will be deemed as valid only after receiving the down payment.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation of your reservation:

• Free cancellation up to the 30th day before arrival, except in case of force majeure (i.e. lockdown).
• within 30 days before arrival, we will keep 30 % of the total amount.
• from 29 days to the day of arrival and in case of no show, we will keep 90 % of the total.

Regulation

Check-in and check-out:

• Check-in after 2 pm. In case you have a different schedule, please contact the owners.
• Check-out by 10 am.

Guests:

• Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of 50,00 €.
• Guests' personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.
• Guests will be asked to leave a 500 € deposit upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure after final inspection of the apartment in case no damages are reported.
• The owners reserve the right not to accept more guests than the number of people shown in the booking voucher.
• The owners are not responsible for any losses, thefts, accidents or damages to people or things.
• Guests are kindly asked to leave the kitchen clean and the fridge empty upon departure, otherwise a cost of 50 € will be charged.
